Symmetrys were the structural and civil engineers for the upgrading of this 1990's commercial development of three four-storey office buildings and the external communal areas.
The three buildings were refurbished internally to create larger floor plates and individual access. Externally, a new circular café building was introduced to the front courtyard, including a green roof and vaulted ceilings supported on exposed structure, with full height demountable glazing to the entrance elevation. Roadways and landscaping around the café were also remodelled to suit the new buildings.
Behind the office buildings is a two storey car park which was refurbished extensively to strengthen the structural frame, improve finishes and repair retaining walls.
