Symmetrys have be appointed to carry out the structural engineering design work.

The scheme entails the demolition of an existing two storey detached house and the redeveloped of a detached two storey building that also contains a basement and roof accommodation.

An access ramp serves an underground car park accommodating fourteen vehicles, cycle storage, general stores, plant rooms and facilities for the concierge. The development will deliver seven private apartments with access to communal amenity space and/or private terraces.
