The Works

The proposal aims to deliver 110 retirement living units as a mix of one-bed, two-bed and two-bed + units (10%, 45%, and 45%) as well as communal facilities comprising a Wellness Centre and Larder Restaurant.

The proposed site is located within The Greenbelt close to Chigwell Village and with spectacular views across the Roding Valley. Our overriding design driver is to develop a proposal that integrates with the site’s rural landscape setting while providing contemporary, high quality and accessible dwellings with on-site care facilities to meet local demand.
