Symmetrys was appointed as engineers on this new, neat home in Crouch End – small, complex 2 storey project on a brownfield site.
The basement structure was created using contiguous piles in order to ease the method of works when creating the dugout lower floor.
The superstructure was designed with beam and block floors and masonry. The superstructure design also created large light wells, necessary for this type of dug out, and steel and timber roofs.
