We’re proud to share that our work with Sergison Bates Architects has earned Lavender Hill Courtyard Housing a spot in the running for the prestigious Stirling Prize 2023!

Located in Clapham, this former sheet metal processing site has been transformed into nine unique homes centered around a tranquil courtyard. We faced tight timelines and complex access challenges, but our structural and civil expertise prevailed.

Congratulations to Marston Properties and the all the design team. We’re eagerly awaiting the award announcement on October 19th.
