The Works
Symmetrys was appointed to carry out the significant regeneration and expansion of this existing structure in the heart of Muswell Hill’s retail area. The works included new façade designs, new roof top and basement extensions, and residential extensions to the rear of the property.
The works enhanced the existing 1960s building in the heart of Muswell Hill Conservation area, and focused on creating a larger and taller commercial shopfloor space, maximising the potential of the site with a combination of
- change of use of the upper floors to residential use
- a new setback third floor
- three new flats on the rear block at second floor creating a total of nine flats
