The Works
Fitzroy Yard is a conversion of an 1970’s office structure into an iconic residential property. The property is bordered by a party wall around its entire perimeter, which in turn created its own unique challenges in the design of the sub terrain extensions.
Our works included the design of a feature cantilevered staircase, the design of new balconies and balustrades throughout. Other works included the review of the floating swimming pool floor restraint and refurbishment to the properties either side of Fitzroy Yard also owned by our client.
