The Binary is a former police premises extending to 15,885 square feet GIA arranged over ground, first and second floors.
Symmetrys was appointed to carry out the structural and civil engineering designs for the refurbishment and reconfiguration to create ready-to-let office accommodation. The works included exposing the height and volume of the existing structure, and creating art inspired spaces.
