This was a complex refurbishment of an existing cafe into a new restaurant.
The structural works included the removal of many load bearing walls and the creation of a new shop front. Other works included the removal of the existing ceiling and roof plate to create new double height spaces, with new roof lights in order to transform the dining experience.
