Symmetrys were employed to carry out the structural feasibility study of adding an additional floor on top of Fabrix HQ Building.
The existing five storey building is arranged over basement, ground and four upper floors comprising 9,500 sq. ft. The asset is located in Fitzrovia, a short walk from Tottenham Court Road Station.
