Symmetrys were appointed to design the Structural and Civil Engineering for much needed new houses for local people on an challenging brown field site on a piece of overgrown land in Erith for Bexley Co. 65 apartments will sit on a podium structure and the project will include car parking and a retail unit.
Apartments are elevated above Bronze Age Way and will have panoramic views across Christ Church, the Exchange, Riverside Gardens and the Thames.
