Symmetrys are delighted that one of our chosen charities, Mind, is the charity supported by this year’s BCO Ride – The Mental Health Charity is a charity which provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding across the UK.

After a somewhat reluctant break from cycling, Symmetrys have signed up for this year’s BCO Ride in June, leaving Gothenburg and heading south along the Swedish coast to Copenhagen, in time for the start of the BCO Conference. 480km over three days, with 2,500 metres of climbing. We hope to raise £20,000 between 60 riders.
