Late last year, together with London South Bank University, Symmetrys launched FerrousWheel, which put quite simply, is an evolving tool replacing typical fabricated steel sections with suitable, available reclaimed steel sections in a Revit model.

It is the culmination of two years of hard work and research into the re-use of steel. Our talented engineers and technicians worked closely alongside London Southbank University (LSBU) to develop this under the Innovate UK’s Accelerated Knowledge Transfer to Innovate (AKT21) grant.
