Swapping traditional building materials and methods for sugar and spice, Symmetrys took part in this year’s Museum of Architecture Annual Gingerbread City Build. Now open to the public at the Victoria and Albert Museum until 8th January, and a great day out for the family over the Christmas holidays. There are some incredible creations on display, as you would expect from some of the UK’s top Architects and Engineers. With it’s very green roof, our creation nestles nicely in between a ski slope and a rather grand cinema.
