Sandwiched between a Victorian pub and the ends of two terraces of housing, this new build residential development fitted ten new apartments onto a dual aspect site previously occupied by a garage.
The building added a new complex basement, B1 space and four storeys of apartments, all carefully fitted around the adjacent existing buildings and their foundations. Symmetrys were both the structural and civil engineers for this reinforced concrete frame, adopting complex transfer structures throughout to help maintain optimal flat layouts.
