The Works
Symmetrys were appointed to carry out the structural and civil engineering works for a new build mixed use development.
Located on a tight sloping site in the heart of Crouch End, the structure is a reinforced concrete frame on piled foundations. It is a four storey building with façade retention to the front elevation. The ground floor is utilised as retail space with residential units over.
