Dudden Hill Parade provides 9 new dwellings in a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats within a new apartment block and three new mews houses on an unused brownfield site located in North London.
Symmetrys have been involved throughout the early design stages to provide advice primarily on foundation solutions due to the presence of a number of sub-terranean obstructions across the site, including two Thames Water sewer runs and a culvert. Symmetrys have liaised with the local water authority on behalf of the client to satisfy the legal requirements of such a development within close proximity Thames Water assets. We also produced a below ground drainage strategy for the development as part of the successful planning application.
