Symmetrys are appointed to provide Structural and Civil engineering services for this proposed development at the former Fawkham Manor Hospital located within an isolated Greenbelt setting.
The proposal is to develop a quality residential scheme befitting of the late listed Victorian Manor House, setting and location. The Manor House will forgo a sensitive refurbishment and 18 new houses will replace the modern ‘L’ shaped wing.
Our design included an attenuation pond, which reduced the amount of attenuation crates required. This also increased biodiversity and contributed to the aesthetic value of the site.
