Symmetrys are appointed to provide Structural and Civil engineering services for this proposed development at the former Fawkham Manor Hospital located within an isolated Greenbelt setting.
The proposal is to develop a quality residential scheme befitting of the late listed Victorian Manor House, setting and location. As well as eight apartments that will reside within the converted Grade II listed manor house, 18 four-bedroom townhouses are planned around the communal green – creating a whole new community with a thoroughly modern approach to country life.
Our design included an attenuation pond, which reduced the amount of attenuation crates required. This also increased biodiversity and contributed to the aesthetic value of the site.
