Symmetrys have been appointed by Barnet Homes for the development of three infill sites at Little Strand within the Grahame Park Estate, Collingdale.
The proposed development of the site involves demolishing the existing bungalows and garages, and replacing them with a total of 35 homes consisting of 12 houses and 23 flats, with demarcated parking bays, improved road surface, wider pedestrian footways and new landscaped amenity areas.
Symmetrys have developed a mixture of traditional masonry and reinforced concrete structures, as well as developing the site wide SuDS strategy and existing Thames Water sewer diversion.
All of the new homes will be affordable rent owned and managed by Barnet Homes.
