Marks and Spencer refurbished this two storey space in a purpose built retail park in North London. Symmetrys was the structural and civil engineers and our involvement included remodelling of the front elevations, removal of existing mezzanines and a new raised plant area over the delivery bays. Symmetrys developed a thorough appreciation of the limitations of the existing structure to ensure the tight design and construction programme was compromised by site variations.
