We were appointed by Evolve Colchester Ltd. to provide structural and civil engineering services for this development at Crown Business Centre in Essex on a 5.7 acre site.
The project delivered 91 small B1, B2 and B8 use commercial units with welfare facilities, associated parking and landscaping, and the construction of 5 commercial office blocks with B1 use with associated car parking and landscaping.
