We are more than delighted to start the structural and civil engineering design for this majestic property with our good friends at Hollaway Studio, following the first paragraph 80 planning consent in the Medway district.
The project will add to Symmetrys current portfolio of historic sites. Ordnance Yard is again steeped in history and is within close proximity of Upnor Castle. Hollaway have crafted this beautiful home to sit sensitively within its surroundings, on top of an elevated site that overlooks the River Medway.
As demanded by Paragraph 80 the design and construction will come under rigorous review but will also offer opportunities for the team to explore and experiment with the latest sustainable construction technologies. The end product will allow Medway to showcase the latest in innovative in both design and construction.
