The Works
Pattison Road was the development of three contemporary 4 storey, 3 bedroom homes on the site of a former repair garage / workshop area. The tight site was predominantly surrounded by residential accommodation, with three and four storey terraced houses and came with some extremely challenging party wall conditions.
Symmetrys provided carefully considered civil and structural engineering solutions that carefully threaded the new sub and super structure into the tight site.
