The refurbishment and extension works of an existing commercial unit in Shoreditch, London.
Our works included a detail feasibility study of the existing substructure and superstructures in order to see if the structure had sufficient capacity to take an additional floor.
Symmetrys’ involvement included the structural design associated with justification of the existing structure, creation of new stair voids, remodeling of the communal areas and an additional floor.
