Symmetrys provided structural engineering solutions for this project in Maida Vale that included the design of a new single storey rear and front extension and reconfiguration of the property throughout with the removal of load bearing walls and lowering of ground slabs.
The rear garden patio was extended and party walls underpinned with cantilevering retaining walls.
