The Works
The Vineyard is an industrial building within the St Matthias Conservation Area in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Planning permission has be granted for the partial demolition of the existing building and the creation of the three new houses and associated work. Symmetrys has been appointed to carry out the structural and civil engineering, together with the façade retention design.
