The Works
Symmetrys were employed to provide Structural and Civil Engineering services for the demolition of the existing 1930’s buildings and the construction of a new detached house.
The ground and first floor was formed from masonry and supported suspended floor slabs and cut timber roofs. This structure was supported off of a basement substructure formed with contiguous piles in order to mitigate challenging ground conditions and a water courses that ran across this site.
